Important update to Credit Union services As a result of the Home Depot debit and credit card data compromise, we have made the following changes to two of our services in an effort to maintain the security of your information.
Integrated Voice Response (IVR) When calling our IVR system to activate an ATM/Debit Card or to reset your ATM/Debit Card PIN, you must call the system from a phone number that is associated with your account at the Credit Union.
Debit Cards In an effort to enhance the security of ATM/Debit cards, the Credit Union has implemented a block on the use of ATM/Debit cards in international countries where fraud is known to occur most often. To use your ATM/Debit Card hassle free when traveling outside the continental United States, please notify us at 305.545.0744 prior to your departure.
